How BigCRM collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

We only collect the information needed to deliver and support the BigCRM service. If you want to request account deletion, use the delete my account form.
Data we collect

We may collect your name, email address, company details, workspace configuration data, account credentials, support correspondence, and usage information such as sign-ins, feature usage, and service activity needed to run the CRM.

How we use it

We use this information to create and manage your workspace, authenticate users, provide CRM features, send service-related communications, support customers, monitor reliability, and improve the product.

Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your organisation uses BigCRM and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for legal, security, backup, and operational purposes. When deletion is requested and approved, we will remove data in line with our retention obligations and internal processes.

Third-party services

BigCRM uses trusted third-party service providers where required to operate the platform. This includes Mailgun for email delivery and related inbound email handling. These providers only receive the data required to perform their service.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, ask for corrections, object to certain processing, or request deletion of your account data.
